Affiliate Disclosure
Haunted Hotels UK is free to use. We pay for it through affiliate links: when you book a hotel or a tour through some links on this site, the booking company pays us a small commission. You pay the same price as you would booking directly with that company.
Links that can earn us a commission are marked as sponsored in the page code and usually say where they go, for example “on GetYourGuide”.
Who we work with
- Booking.com, for hotel rooms, through the Travelpayouts partner network.
- GetYourGuide, for ghost tours and attraction tickets, through Travelpayouts.
Some links go straight to a hotel’s or tour operator’s own website. We don’t earn anything from those.
What commission doesn’t change
- Hotels and tours are never listed, ranked or given a higher evidence tier because they pay us. Nobody can buy a place on the site.
- Our verification tiers are based only on the evidence for each ghost story, as explained on our about page.
- We list places with no affiliate link at all when they belong on the site.
